Privacy policy

The short version: we don't want your personal data. You can use every part of this site without an account, without giving us your name or email, and without being tracked around the web by us.

What we collect

• Server logs. Like almost every website, our server records basic technical details of each visit (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps). We use these only to keep the site running, secure and fast, and they are routinely deleted.
• Emails you send us. If you contact us, we'll have whatever you chose to send. We use it to reply, and nothing else.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics in future to count visits, this page will be updated first.

Affiliate links

When you click through to a retailer, you leave our site and the retailer (and the affiliate network that connects us, such as Awin or Webgains) may set cookies on their own domains to attribute the sale. That happens on their sites under their privacy policies, which we encourage you to read. We receive aggregated reports (clicks, sales, commission) that contain no personal information about you.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have rights of access, correction, erasure and objection over personal data an organisation holds about you. Since we hold essentially none, exercising them with us is usually very quick. Email hello@blackfriday365.co.uk and we'll respond promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
